Gin 2 oz
Fresh Lemon Juice 2 oz
Simple Syrup ¾ oz
Egg White ¾ oz
Créme de Violette Splash
Edible Flowers For Garnish
Method

Build the Cocktail
Add the gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup, egg white, and a splash of Créme de Violette into a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake & Strain
Shake vigorously until chilled, then strain out the ice.

Dry Shake
Shake again without ice to create a smooth, velvety foam texture.

Serve & Garnish
Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass and finish with delicate edible flowers for an elegant presentation.
